- Management fee: £250 Members/ £350 Non Members
- B&CCC Members attending the mission will enjoy complimentary Business Agenda (up to 5 meetings.1 .5 months notice).

Sunday, April 22
Arrival in Bogota and Informal Welcome Drinks at the Official Hotel’s Bar
Monday, April 23
- Official Briefing at the British Embassy in Bogota with HMA Mr. John Dew. Opening ( AM), followed by Press Confer-ence.
- Familiarisation retail tour ( shopping district, visit to luxury brands offices)
Tuesday, April 24
- Conference , Mini exhibitions, Company Presentations to potential partners ( larger audience). (AM)
- 121 meetings following on from Conference. ( PM)
Wednesday, April 25
- Pre-arranged one to one meetings (OMIS type meetings.)
- VIP Reception & Showcase ( Tuesday/Wednesday evening- TBC)
Thursday, April 26
- Pre-arranged one to one meetings (OMIS type meetings.)
Friday, April 27
- Pre-arranged one to one meetings (OMIS type meetings.) AM
